It looks like there is a timeout when people take time to write their comments - the "security number" which stops computers flooding the comments with adverts is probably only valid for a short period of time. The possible explanation for people always having problems is if "cookies" are deactivated as the page uses a "session" to check the security number. So type quickly (or cut and paste) and activate your cookies!
